The Role:

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, as an HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture across the company. You'll take ownership of employee relations, management coaching, and HR projects, while collaborating with the wider HR team to influence company-wide people strategies.

Your expertise will help shape the way we support our teams across all functions, ensuring a thriving work environment where everyone can succeed.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Partnering with management and employees to enhance work relationships, tackle performance challenges, resolve employee issues, conduct HR investigations, and drive engagement—helping to reduce turnover and manage terminations and exit interviews.
  • Collaborating with leadership teams to align people strategies with overall business goals.
  • Coaching managers on all areas of people management, including employee development, disciplinary actions, and terminations, to elevate employee engagement.
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures that maximize their effectiveness and generate sustainable solutions to employee challenges.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and HR expert, offering guidance on core HR competencies like labour laws, leave management, and more.

  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
