Frazer Tremble has been engaged by a respected finance & accounting advisory provider to source a talented Project Manager for a 12 month fixed-term engagement. You will need to have had Call Centre software related experience in addition to broad software security experience.

About Our Client:

Our client is a renowned finance & accounting advisory organisation that plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making, analytics, and project management. Their team operates with financial integrity, ensuring compliance, and maintaining robust internal controls. The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our client's Strategy & EPMO team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & EPMO, you will be responsible for overseeing two key projects:
  1. Contact Centre Upgrade (30%): This involves upgrading our 'Nice in Contact' software to include the latest AI capabilities. You'll coordinate with vendors, manage Statements of Work (SOW) and oversee delivery, ensuring a seamless transition for our 80 users.
  2. Security Program (70%): You'll support the ongoing security initiatives, focusing on maintaining upgrades and driving progress. Working closely with our Head of Security, you'll ensure the program stays on track and meets critical milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects within agreed timeframes, costs, and scopes.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements.
  • Manage resource planning, including commercial matters with contract or supplier staff.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach internal and external project team members.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identify dependencies, and communicate them effectively.
  • Ensure robust risk and issue management.
  • Facilitate clear stakeholder management and user engagement throughout project lifecycles.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project delivery or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and project delivery methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, Agile).
  • Proven ability to manage and influence diverse teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Contact Centre systems and security projects is highly desirable.
