About the role
The Senior Business Analyst / Operating Model Analyst will play a key role in supporting transformation initiatives across customer operations, contact centre functions, service operations, and finance process improvement.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will focus on operating model design, current and future state analysis, workshop facilitation, process improvement, KPI development, and executive-level reporting. The successful candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, synthesising complex information, and producing high-quality business artefacts to support decision-making.

Duties/what a day in the life is likeā¦
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions
- Develop current state and future state process maps
- Support operating model design and service transformation initiatives
- Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Design KPIs, metrics, and performance reporting frameworks
- Conduct root cause analysis using techniques such as SIPOC, Fishbone, 5 Whys, and value stream mapping
- Consolidate operational insights and recommendations for leadership teams
- Develop governance documentation and operating rhythm artefacts
- Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, and PowerPoint packs
- Support future state design and transformation planning activities
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within transformation programs
- Experience supporting operating model, service operations, or process improvement initiatives
- Strong current state and future state process mapping capability
- Demonstrated workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience producing executive reporting, presentations, and business artefacts
- Exposure to KPI design, performance metrics, and operational reporting
- Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Business Improvement experience
- Experience using tools such as Visio, Miro, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments is advantageous
