The Role:
  
We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the integration and execution of a significant post-sale merger integration. Positioned within a dedicated PMO team, this role is pivotal in steering transformative strategies that enhance business operations and reduce risks.
  
What Success Looks Like:
  
  • Program Structure & Setup: Ensure clarity in the program's structure and setup, including roles and responsibilities, governance, and approach, in accordance with the Project Management Framework.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work with internal team members and external service providers to ensure the project structure and implementation plan are clearly captured and communicated.
  • Project Management: Manage project design and delivery, stakeholder communication, and change management activities.
  • Reporting: Develop and produce regular stakeholder reports, including Steering Committee packs and minutes.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Track risks, issues, actions, and dependencies, escalating where required. Manage dependencies across the project portfolio, ensuring effective communication of project deliverables, risks, and issues between stakeholders.
  
Skills That Make You Stand Out:
  
  • Proven Expertise: MUST have experience in the Superannuation or Private Markets Sector or Property Investment sector. 
  • Strategic Implementation: Proven experience in developing and delivering project, change, and transformation frameworks, minimising risks and disruption.
  • Leadership Excellence: Outstanding leadership qualities with proven success in stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex matrix environments.
