Our client is delivering a major cybersecurity-led transformation focused on network segmentation and operational technology (OT) uplift. With multiple projects underway and significant IT/OT integration challenges, this program is critical to securing SCADA systems, reducing cyber risk, and ensuring operational continuity across the organisation.
About the Role
As Business Analyst - Deployment Readiness & Change, you will work within the Cyber team to support a large-scale network segmentation program. Partnering closely with the Project Manager, SMEs, and stakeholders across infrastructure, security, and operations, you will lead change readiness, communications, and adoption planning.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, requiring strong technical literacy and proven experience in business change management.
Key Responsibilities
· Define deployment readiness criteria with SMEs across IT and OT
· Translate technical impacts into measurable readiness checks
· Assess and communicate segmentation impacts on business processes and applications
· Develop test plans, procedures, and transition plans (including OT/SCADA domain)
· Conduct change impact assessments and document “as-is” and “to-be” processes
· Create and deliver a comprehensive Change Management Plan
· Develop comms, training materials, and deliver sessions across user groups
· Act as the bridge between technical SMEs, operators, and business stakeholders
· Document progress, risks, and changes to ensure alignment and adoption
Skills & Experience
· Proven business analysis and change management experience in technology programs
· Exposure to network segmentation, Windows domain, and OT environments (SCADA, MES)
· Strong communication skills – able to engage technical SMEs and non-technical stakeholders
· Experience with change readiness, training, and comms planning
· Proficiency with tools: Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, MS Suite (Teams)
· Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
