The Role
As BA Manager, you’ll lead the program-wide analysis function, ensuring requirements are clear, consistent, and deliver real business value. With the AI strategy being finalised and multiple digital initiatives in play, you’ll help shape requirements for projects that transform the digital experience for 40,000+ members. Projects include core platform replacements to personalisation and self-service and you’ll be at the heart of bringing their digital strategy to life.
Leading a small team of Technical BAs, you’ll partner with senior leaders, product owners, and vendors to embed agile, best-practice analysis across streams.
The salary on offer for this permanent position is $155,000 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a team of Technical BAs across digital and technology initiatives.
- Drive a consistent, agile approach to requirements definition and traceability.
- Partner with product owners, project leads, and vendors to refine requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Oversee backlog readiness, sprint planning inputs, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage analysis effort across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Establish and embed high standards of documentation, process mapping, and business cases.
- Champion continuous improvement of BA practices, tools, and templates.
You are an experienced Business Analysis leader with deep expertise in digital and enterprise technology platforms. You combine hands-on requirements analysis with the ability to guide, coach, and uplift a team, and you thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Essential Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in Business Analysis, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
- Experience across both digital (websites, mobile apps, CMS) and enterprise platforms (CRM, Finance, HR).
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional analysis across multiple projects.
- Experience managing vendor and third-party delivery partners.
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with strong stakeholder influence.
- Proficiency in Agile and process mapping tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Visio).
