An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Change Manager to join our client in the higher education sectors transformation practice, supporting a major enhancement program across Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).

This critical role will play a key part in designing and delivering change, communications, engagement, and training activities across several high-profile People & Culture initiatives, including: Job Architecture, Recruitment, Learning, Talent & Performance, Onboarding.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead end-to-end change management activities from discovery through to hypercare and business transition
  • Design and deliver change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training approaches
  • Partner closely with People & Culture leaders, project teams, Business Analysts, and vendors
  • Facilitate co-design workshops and user engagement sessions
  • Lead readiness and adoption activities to ensure sustainable change outcomes
  • Support the introduction and adoption of a new Job Architecture framework
  • Coordinate and oversee training planning, materials, logistics, and delivery activities
  • Bring innovative and human-centred approaches to change management and employee engagement
About you

We’re looking for someone who can confidently hold their own in a complex environment, and approaches stakeholders in a collaborative, partnership-focused way. You’ll work closely alongside P&C leadership, project stakeholders, and specialist vendor teams to co-design and embed meaningful organisational change outcomes.
  • Proven experience delivering change within Workday HCM environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
  • Ability to work collaboratively with vendor change teams and internal delivery stakeholders
  • Experience leading change across technology, operating model transformation and broader P&C initiatives
  • Confident facilitation and communication skills
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with the ability to operate in complex environments
  • Higher Education experience highly desirable
The Details
  • Initial 12-month contract
  • Start date: Early June
  • Hybrid working model with 2–3 days onsite
