We’re partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a key Finance and HR system alignment project.

They’re seeking an HCM Lead / Analyst to support remediation activities across systems, structures, and data - ensuring Finance and HCM remain fully aligned throughout the program.

This role would suit someone who thrives in complex environments, understands both Finance and HCM structures, and enjoys untangling data, processes, and dependencies to drive clean, scalable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead remediation of existing HCM design elements impacted by the Finance integration program.
  • Review and validate company, cost centre, and location hierarchies to ensure alignment across both Finance and HCM systems.
  • Assess downstream impacts on approvals, security, and reporting, and develop recommendations or configuration updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to resolve data and process discrepancies, ensuring systems remain synchronised.
  • Provide guidance on change impacts and remediation plans to ensure a smooth transition during implementation.
About You:
  • Proven experience with HCM systems (Workday preferred, but experience with any enterprise HCM platform highly valued).
  • Exposure to Finance structures such as cost centres, legal entities, and organisational hierarchies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and communicate system impacts clearly.
  • Comfortable working across HR, Finance, and Technology functions to resolve complex configuration challenges.

  • Rate: Attractive daily rate aligned to experience level
