- 70+ enterprise and PSA accounts
- A warm desk with active contractors already generating $500k+
- Live roles and long-standing client relationships
- 60% exclusive and retained recruitment partnerships.
- Dedicated marketing, sourcing and leadership support
- A recognised brand with genuine market credibility
- $100k+ billing months
- $300k+ quarters
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and growing a high-performing Technology & Transformation practice across permanent and contracting
- Driving revenue growth through strategic BD, market expansion and deep client partnerships
- Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise, government and transformation-led organisations
- Leading complex recruitment mandates across Project Services, technology and transformation
- Mentoring and developing consultants within the practice
- Building your market profile through networking, events and thought leadership
- Helping shape the future growth and direction of the division

You’re likely already operating as a:
- Senior Principal Consultant
- Practice Lead
- Contracting Specialist
- High-performing 360 Recruiter
- Experience across Project Services, Technology, Transformation, Data, Cyber or Infrastructure
- Strong commercial acumen and BD capability
- Experience managing contractors, enterprise accounts or PSA environments
- A track record of consistent billings and relationship-led recruitment
- Leadership capability, formally or informally
- Curiosity around AI, automation and modern recruitment strategies
