They’re now looking for an experienced Technology Trainer to join their corporate services team.
You’ll be the go-to person for training, coaching and support across a range of systems and applications, including Microsoft Office.
Your role:
- Deliver group and one-on-one training (in person and online)
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to staff
- Troubleshoot issues and offer practical solutions
- Assist with system rollouts and process changes
- Create user guides, training materials and FAQs
- Promote best practice use of core applications
- Proven background in delivering technology or systems training
- Confident across Microsoft Office (advanced Word skills ideal)
- Clear, engaging communication style - able to tailor training to all levels
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
- Professional services or legal sector experience is a bonus (not essential)
- Supportive, collaborative team culture
