Workforce Rostering & Systems Coordinator
Day contract for a rostering professional with Humanforce experience to manage schedules, support managers, and keep operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role focused on rostering, workforce systems administration, and day-to-day support for managers across multiple sites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring rosters are accurate, compliant, and aligned to service delivery needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and maintain rosters across multiple locations and services
- Update rosters in line with staffing changes, leave, new starters, and operational needs
- Support managers with workforce planning and roster queries
- Administer the Humanforce platform including user access, employee setup, and troubleshooting
- Resolve helpdesk tickets and provide internal user support
- Liaise with payroll to ensure roster accuracy and smooth processing
- Run reports and support workforce data analysis
- Escalate system issues to vendors/internal teams where required
- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination
- Strong experience with Humanforce (or similar)
- Exposure to NDIS, disability, healthcare, aged care, or shift-based environments
- Ability to interpret EBAs / awards / workforce rules
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- Good Excel and administration skills
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
